Refund Policy

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within fourteen (14) days from delivery date. The item must be returned in the original packaging. The item must not be used or damaged.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer full refund for products that have been opened or used. All merchandise returned without the original tamper proof seal intact will result in a delayed refund, as we assess the issue and may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds can only be used to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Only once the item has been inspected and approved for re-stocking, can a full refund or credit for the purchase price be issued.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.

Final sales items, special offers or discounted promotions may not be returned.

Artemis will monitor all account activity and will reserve the right to refuse transactions and assess fees based on orders or returns carried out without honesty or integrity.

We are unable to accept returns for products purchased through retail partners or 3rd party retailers. Please contact them directly.
